David has over 30 years' consultancy and OR experience, the majority of which were spent with Scicon and EDS working on a wide range of client projects. He has performed analysis for many projects, including providing decision analysis support to major procurement programmes and the facilitation of decision conferences. He has been an independent consultant since 2009, working mainly in the Government sector; his recent work has included benefits analysis for an IT acquisition, cost analysis for a fleet of logistics vehicles, an examination of the cost of restructuring organisations and examining the relationship between readiness and cost. He has a reputation for tackling complex problems, including those which have not been precisely defined by the customer.
