Developed volumes and staffing models for the Vetting and Barring Scheme, and highlighted potential issues which could affect successful implementation.

Workforce reform

Designed and developed a system to forecast and monitor staffing and costs for the workforce reform programme and produce a wide variety of reports. As part of this a database was developed to match staff awaiting redeployment to vacancies.

Pay bill modelling

Designed and developed a pay bill model covering all Home Office staff which was used to forecast the costs of several different pay systems for over 15 years.
