Benefits realisation modelling

Carried out a business benefits realisation study for the Police Information Technology Organisation. Developed two models to explore how the new systems could improve operational efficiency.

Police performance analysis and reporting

Redesigned and updated QUANTA, a system for producing a wide variety of charts comparing different performance measures for all 43 police forces with those of similar forces.

Police Performance Assessment Framework

Redesigned and updated the system used to analyse police performance data and HMIC assessments and produce an annual report.
