Prison security review

Conducted a review of information system usage and related communications and security systems, making recommendations for the enhancement of security through improved or innovative use of IT for HM Prison service. Subsequently, explored similarities between the Offender Management pipeline and training management in the Armed Forces.

Pay bill modelling

Designed and developed a pay bill model covering all HM Prison Service staff which was used to forecast the costs of different options including introducing a job evaluation scheme. Designed and developed a separate staffing model covering the effects of workforce reform in prisons.
